First book I’ve read in this series and it was very easy to read， understand all the terms and follow along。 Definitely unique and wonderfully imagined。 The personality alone is humorous and light hearted even when battling ‘bad guys’。 Great dynamic and remarkable read。 I’m a fan of Nyx aka Nicky。

This was a quick and enjoyable read。 I hadn’t read any of the other books in this series， so I felt I didn’t really get to know the characters very well before jumping straight into the story。 Overall， it was well written and enjoyable。

Received as an ARC I am giving my honest opinion。 This series continues as the Neck are gaining strength， but Nicky， playing her violin as a bard， finds a way to save them， and others。 The plot thickens and the action becomes nonstop as everyone pulls together once again to save humanity and friends。 There are lots of questions asked， and things don’t seem to go right， so， will they succeed？ The story will grab your attention from page one， and will hold it until the last page！

I really enjoyed this latest book in this series。 Nikki or Nyx is a great character and now she has her shape shifting abilities back， she's stronger and more powerful， but someone is trying to destroy her happiness and her family。 Nikki will do anything it takes to get her sister back and to stop the elemental Neck vampires from taking over her world and destroying everything and everyone she loves！ I loved the mix of characters from all the different series in the Gates of Eden world that Theo I really enjoyed this latest book in this series。 Nikki or Nyx is a great character and now she has her shape shifting abilities back， she's stronger and more powerful， but someone is trying to destroy her happiness and her family。 Nikki will do anything it takes to get her sister back and to stop the elemental Neck vampires from taking over her world and destroying everything and everyone she loves！ I loved the mix of characters from all the different series in the Gates of Eden world that Theo has created here。 We get to meet old and new friends alike and all come together to help when and where they can in this final battle against Mother Shipton， whose vision of the future is very different from what Nikki wants to see！ With a few twists and turns， the book was hard to put down and had me laughing out loud as well as gasping in surprise several times！ The ending was the perfect one for the end of this series， but I do hope we get to revisit Nikki， Devin and Brucie especially again in the future！ I received a copy of this ARC from the author but this review is my own， honest one！ 。。。more

I was eagerly awaiting this book and I was not disappointed。 I loved the progression of Nicky’s story with all the usual twists， turns and surprises I expect from one of Theo’s books！
